Light and Dark : Fichte and Heraclitus

Publication at Faculty of Arts |
2019

Abstract

This article is an explanation of a problem found by Klaus Held while interpreting Heraclitus (fragment B 88). He himself in his interpretation quotes an example of a relation of light and dark from Fichte's "Foundations of the Entire Science of Knowledge", therefore we explain the presumptions of Fichte!s conception of subjectivity in the article as well as the example qouted by Held.
