Participation of public in proceedings on the prevention ans remedy of environmental demage on natural resources in Czech law

Abstract

The paper analyzes the position of public entities and the applicability of legal instruments in the prevention and remedy of environmental damage on natural resources in Czech law. The analysis also includes aspects of the responsibility of an EU Member State for the implementation of obligations under European law.
