Abstrakt
This paper presents the results of a research project focused on the link between visual perception and the development of communicative competences in younger school-age pupils with hearing impairment. Four chosen tests were used in order to monitor visual perception.
The level of communicative competences was evaluated with the help of a questionnaire given to teachers working with these pupils. Gained data brought conclusions which are comparable with the results of research studies made in some other European countries.
