Abstrakt
The chapter analyzes the background, scope, jurisdiction and conflict of laws rules and practical impact of bilateral treaties and multilateral conventions concluded by Czech Republic with non-EU states dealing with questions of succession law in cross-border matters. It evaluates the impact of these treaties and conventions on the functioning of the European Succession Regulations.
