Abstract
The lecture answers the following questions: How many burnout - teachers are in the Czech Republic? What is involved in this? How do teachers cope with stress? What are the differences in coping strategies of burnout and satisfied teachers? What do they do differently with childrens parents? What is the prevention of burnout syndrom?
