Abstract
In the chapter, the focus is laid on legal elements of the decision making regarding a further care provided to a terminally ill neurological patient. Besides, the legal consequences of the end-of-life decision making are discussed, esp. the civil and criminal liability of healthcare worker and healthcare provider.
