The lecture presents an analysis and comparison of qualification profiles of preschool staff in the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland and Finland. It summarizes the results of the training analysis and the current qualification structure of these workers.
Special attention is paid to the preparation of teachers for pre-primary education (ISCED 02) at tertiary level. The paper identifies the current problems in the training of personnel in terms of further development in the Czech Republic and points out the context of development trends in selected European countries.
