Abstract
This is the 3rd edition, but was in line with the legal evolution of the revamped author team. The submitted commentary provides the reader with a much more thorough, systematic and transparent interpretation of the basic principles, institutes and individual provisions of the Labor Code.
Where the authors deemed it appropriate from the point of view of the overall interpretation and understanding of individual institutes in the overall context and in particular for their current application (this applies especially to the general part of the Labor Code), they do not avoid a short historical excursion.
