Abstract
The conference aim was to present best practice in global development education, to identify specific challenges of global issues implementation into initial teachers training program and courses and to identify what contributes to quality teaching in this area. The conference aim was to present key research outcomes reflecting the current global challenges in initial teacher training programs and to create safe environment for sharing the experience among lecturers.
