Abstrakt

the chapter provides an overview of contacts between Bohemia in the Iron Age and the Mediterranean world of that period. the focus is naturally on the two periods in which these contacts were most intense, i.e. Early La Tène period in the 5th century BC and the oppida period in the late 2nd and th first half of the 1st century BC.
