At risk readers in the context of the Simple view of reading

Abstract

The paper presents the final data analysis of the project Reading comprehension - a typical development and its risks. It investigates the possibility of the application of the Simple view of reading (Gough & Tunmer, 1986) for the classification of four research groups of fourth-grade pupils (children with typical development, dyslexia, developmental dysphasia and autism spectrum disorders).
