Abstract

The paper maps the opinions of high school students on factors affecting their contentment in the school environment and its quality. The revised EFQM self-assessment questionnaire was used for the research.

The survey results showed a significant relation between the quality and contentment indicators, but the order of the indicators varies. While the relation is the main indicator of students' contentment, the quality of teachers is considered the main indicator of the school quality.
