Abstract
The paper deals with the field and teaching of financial law and financial science in context their historical development. The area of finance and financial law is understood as a scientific discipline, as a set of general knowledge about the effect of financial law in practice.
Both the financial law science, which is legal science and the financial science, which is economic science are currently developing and their development has been intensified by the social change in our country thirty years ago.
