Czechs in Latin America: Czech Language and Culture in Buenos Aires

Abstract

After an overview of findings on ethnic Czech communities across Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay) the presentation focuses on current state of life of Czech Argentinians, their instututions, schools and efforts for maintenance of heritage language and culture.
