Application of Carbon Felt Detector for the Determination of Dinitrophenol Metabolites

Publication at Faculty of Science |
2019

Abstract

Method for the determination of dinitrophenol metabolites was developed using HPLC with recently introduced coulometric carbon felt detector. Model samples in urine matrix were used as the example of practical utilization.

This setting allowed comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the cathodic and anodic detection on this detector, with higher selectivity of the cathodic measurement and lower detection limits of the anodic measurement.
