Abstract
The chapter deals with the review of arbitration awards issued by the Arbitration Court. There are two ways how to achieve a change (or cancellation) of the arbitration award.
Firstly, it is a review of the finding by other arbitrators, and, on the other, the annulment of the arbitration award by the general court. The first method is part of the arbitration procedure and is thus subject to the rules of the Act on Arbitration Proceedings and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards.
