Abstract
The editorial commentary thoroughly maps the genesis of two texts by Zdeněk Neubauer - Deus et natura (1979) and The New Areopagus (1983) - which were reissued under the title of God and Nature: Philosophical Reflections on Religion and Science 1979-1983. Edition was enriched by the studies: Natural sciences and Religions, Faith in Miracles and Spirit in Christian tradition.
In all cases, the editors tried to find the original versions of the texts. The commentary provides detailed bibliographic information regarding the occurrence of texts, whether in official editions and in samizdat editions or contained in typescripts of a private nature preserved in the written inheritance of Zdeněk Neubauer.
