Abstract
The aim of the paper is to clarify the benefits of economic approach to law. Although the economic approach to law is gaining ground and its application is beginning to be a fashion trend in the Czech legal environment, its influence and use, for example, is still negligible compared to the countries of Anglo-American legal culture.
