Participation of the Aggrieved Person in Damage (not only) in the Relations of the Entrepreneur in Recent Decisions of the Supreme Court

Abstract

The contribution gives a critical view on previous decisions of the Supreme Court on the foundations and methods to establish, if and to what extent the aggrieved person participated ín the damage suffered, and provides a survey of the recent developments in the latest decisions of this court.
