Counting of Iba1-immunostained microglia cells in the neocortex and hippocampus of transgenic mice (Task Order 03 SV 94 - SRC Biosciences)
Abstract
At this project, we quantify a total number of Iba1-positive microglia cells in the neocortex and hippocampus of Tg4510 and wild type mice (n=70 total). The results of quantification are present in supplements.
