Analysis of the OER at the Charles University and evaluating its quality

Abstract

The study defines the term OER, focusing on wikisystem-based OER. At the same time, it examines the general quality assurance of the OER, ie what are the quality assurance options with respect to higher education requirements.

Design of research of existing open educational resources at Charles University is outlined. Attention is focused on specifics of OER functioning, analysis of actors that create, publish and/or use them, eventually of the communities that have responsibilites over them in a long term.

Attention is also paid to whether the quality is highlighted and how.
