Methodology for the evaluation of various types of measures and tools of strategic documents of the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic
Abstract
The methodology is set for a systematic and standardized process for evaluation of strategic documents within the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic. The main goal was a create a comprehensive evaluation model, which is possible to use within the individual phases of the strategic cycle.
The expected benefit of the methodology is the streamlining of the strategic planning leading to higher success and cost-effectiveness in achieving the objectives and, more efficient performance of the state administration.
