Abstract
In the article the authors draw attention to possibility of use of selected athletics exercises in natural terrain, which allow pupils to explore athletics and in a different environment, than on the school playground. Teachers of physical education is to offer students incentives for their locomotor activity in the framework of extra-curricular activities.
You need to realize that in any environment can find an opportunity for a varied and also physiologically, and sports a hearty physical activity.
