Elements of Anglo-American criminal proceedings and their manifestations in the continental model of criminal proceedings

Abstract

The paper deals with the Anglo-American elements of criminal proceedings and their manifestations in the continental model of criminal proceedings. First, both models of criminal proceedings are discussed.

Attention is known here mainly by institutional agreements on guilt and punishment and with the institute of the crown witness.
