A game as an activating educational method leads to development of pupils? creativity and independence. It also increases the competence of solving problems and it can be used in all educational stages.
Nowadays this can be achieved by means of ICT. Individual creating of and use of games using ICT has been successfully included in teacher-training courses conducted by the Department of chemistry and chemistry didactics at Charles University in Prague - Faculty of Education and is greatly appreciated by students.
The paper shows several ways of creating games with chemical subject for an interactive whiteboard.
