The traditional target of music education was preparation of a professional musician. Nowadays, many teachers see, creativity is a solution of new situation, when pupils do not want to become professional interpreters.
They take part in workshops, where they personally bring impulsions from their own practice. The workshops are arranged as group-sessions but it is possible to solve problems in individual way.
All participants can observe all stages of this process in practice; this possibility is most important for teachers who transfer the mastered process into their class work.
