Abstract
The article introduces the most important ecclesiastical laws issued from the promulgation of the new Code of Canon Law in 1983 to the present. At the same time, it monitors individual branches according to the system of the Code of Canon Law (constitutional, magisterial, sacramental, matrimonial, property, criminal, substantive and procedural law); extra Codicem then canonization- and liturgical law.
