Systemic therapy of cervical cancer - long-term effect of treatment

Abstract

Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignancies, the incidence is shifting to lower age categories. We present a case of a patient with cervical cancer II. clinical stage, which was treated primarily with radical chemoradiotherapy, but already three months after the end of primary treatment, it developed a generalization of the disease.

We initiated systemic chemotherapy in combination with bevacizumab with a long-term effect on survival. The following is a multidisciplinary approach in oncological care.
