Abstract
The protection of women and children as vulnerable groups permeates not only the protection of human rights but also other areas of international law, such as international criminal law. The composition of the chapters of the publication corresponds to this.
These are divided into two sections, the first dealing with participatory rights and non-discrimination, and the second with human rights and international criminal law.
