Abstrakt
The article deals with the new regulation of single-use plastic products, which is brought by the Directive (EU) 2019/904 of the European Parliament and of The Council on the reduction of the impact of certain plastic products on the environment. The author focuses on the new definition of the single-use plastic product and its possible drawbacks and the new obligation imposed by the Directive.
