Reasons for exclusion of the executor from the execution proceedings pursuant to Section 29 of the Execution Rules

Abstract

Execution can be carried out in differently intensive ways, which are associated with different lengths of proceedings and different costs. Thus, the course of execution may be influenced to some extent by the executor and it is generally not excluded that he does so for reasons that raise doubts about his impartiality.
