In this article, I deal with judicial review of public administration in England and Wales. The article concerned part of that topic, which is usually referred to as the "Judicial Review".
In this regime, the courts apply mainly the general principles of common law in the review of administrative activities. It is an inherent common law jurisdiction of the British courts.
Therefore, I am mainly concerned with offering a basic overview of the judiciary law, which can serve as a comparison or inspiration for our system of administrative justice.
