Women and social dialogue

Abstract

This chapter deals with the development of women's employment in the first half of the 20th century. The focus is related to the involvement of women in the work process, and their participation in the Czechoslovak pre-war, war and post-war trade union organizations.

A reflection of this development is also described in the period's women's press.
