Abstract

The Ring Brooches of Late Roman Period represent yet unsolved archaeological source in Czech republic. Yet it represents complicated Roman-barbarian relations.

The Ring Brooches have been originally developed by workshops of Roman Province Pannonia, another center has then occurred in Barbaricum. On the basis of hitherto discovered finds in Bohemia, we tried to solve these brooches in typological and technological (copper alloys) way too.
