Abstrakt
In my article, I would like to introduce the topic of my dissertation "Legal regulation of the use and protection of landscape in relation to water". I have decided to continue in my previous research which was dealing with the topic of landscape and landscape planning in the Czech Republic.
In my dissertation, I would like to focus on the issue of how the use and protection of landscape from the perspective of water in the Czech law is legally regulated. The importance of water is increasing.
The inhabitants of the Czech Republic have already experienced droughts that have affected the territory of the Czech Republic. Water in terms of the natural water cycle circulates through the other components of the environment, in particular soil, plants and animals and has a significant impact on the landscape.
Changes of water regimes lead to transformations of landscape and following-up components of landscape. In my opinion, it is necessary to focus on the legal regulation of landscape and its use and protection in relation to water.
In my article, I would like to try and outline areas of the legal regulation that have an impact on water in the landscape while at the same time define the object of my dissertation.
