The article deals with the issue of education and employment of individuals leaving institutional care. The content of the article is the results of a research conducted in institutional facilities.
The research focused on the area of education and the related area of future notions of employment. These two areas are crucial in terms of their employment outside institutional facilities and can fundamentally affect integration into the ordinary society.
The aim of the research presented here was to identify which individuals are best placed on the labor market and to analyze factors that make it difficult to integrate outgoing individuals from institutional care. The results and findings of the submitted research are applicable in the practice of andragogy, psychology and other specialists.
