Physicists as key players in developing a new physics curriculum

Abstract

This contribution deals with the research focused on starting points of a new physics curriculum for secondary schools using grounded theory methods. There is shortly presented the methodology of research but the main attention is paid to interviews with excellent physicsts working in the Czech Republic.

This contribution presents methods how respondents were chosen and first outcomings from conducted interviews. In the end, it presents next steps in the research.
