Official records at district offices at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries : Contribution on the issue of modern diplomacy

Abstract
Official record - a term that belongs to one of the most commonly used together with document and file, not only in diplomacy, but also in archival science. It is a term that typologically covers a highly varied group of written products produced by administrative institutions.
At the same time, the value of such records is diverse. The basic source of knowledge for the submitted study has become an inventory of official records kept at district offices in the early 20th century stored at the Austrian State Archive and the Prague National Archives, just like the district office documents stoder at the State District Archive Pelhřimov.
