Principle of non-coercion to self-blame: an audiovisual recording made by an employer in the workplace

Abstract

It has been ten years since the unifying position of the Plenum of the Constitutional Court on the concept of the principle of non-coercion to self-blame. Reality therefore demands the interpretation and measurement of this principle in new contexts, the diversity of which the general legal norm hardly tries to catch up with.
