Abstract

It has been ten years since the unifying position of the Plenum of the Constitutional Court on the concept of the principle of non-coercion to self-blame. Reality therefore demands the interpretation and measurement of this principle in new contexts, the diversity of which the general legal norm hardly tries to catch up with.
