Imaginative geographies of Eastern Europe: Yugoslav and Czechoslovak ethnotypes as discursive objects in Dutch literature

Abstract

A short presentation of my ongoing PhD research. My theoretical framework consist of spatial turn in combination with imagologial studies, but I am also building upon methodologies develped for digital humanities.

At this point I am trying to apply this on the Dutch literature thematizing Eastern Europe, with case study on Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia
