The subject matter of this paper is to describe, compare, and analyse the relationship between the Seventh-day Adventism and totalitarian governments in former Czechoslovakia, specifically Nazi rule from 1939-1945 in Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia and Communism between 1948-1989. It will focus on identifying the points of conflict, as well as cooperation between church and state.
