The paper focus on the implementation and functioning of the education of pupils with specially educational needs in the education system of the Czech Republic and Finland. The aim of the contribution is to describe and analyse the process of introducing and implementing the integration of pupils with specially educational needs into both education systems and subsequent complications.
The processing is used by deskripce and analysis of legal documents, professional literature dealing with the examined issues and articles from professional journals of Czech and foreign. An integral part is the experience of the author from observation in Finnish primary schools.
By performing a subsequent compaction, we determine the possibilities of transferring the Finnish system of education of pupils with specially educational needs to the Czech education system and possible limits of this transmission. Based on the results found, it is possible to be inspired by the implementation of Finnish education of pupils with special needs and to reveal factors limiting the inclusion of pupils with specially educational needs in the Czech Republic.
