Abstract
The international conference with participation of prominent mother tongue methodologists from Slovakia, Poland and the Czech Republic introduced innovative and thematically rich contributions oriented towards conceptual issues, new organization and innovative content of teaching mother tongue in pre-primary, primary and secondary education. It also dealt with classbooks and their evalutation, reflection and self-reflection of teachers and child language research.
