Public law aspects of the provision of sharing-economy transportation services

Abstract

The paper deals with particular legal issues related to the phenomenon of the sharing (collaborative) economy, in particular with the provision of so-called vehicle-sharing services, especially from the perspective of administrative and criminal law. The author's attention is focused primarily on liability of providers and users of the sharing economy services for administrative and criminal offenses, as well as regulatory and administrative obstacles to the operation of these services in the Czech Republic.
