Abstrakt
Several planned space projects - such as the placement of thousands of small satellites in orbits to create a universal internet connection, the exploitation of mineral resources on celestial bodies, or the establishment of military space departments in several impor-tant State administrations -inevitably lead to the question of how the international community will be able to maintain control over the activ-ities in outer space and how complete anarchy can be avoided.
