Abstract
Investing is possible in different ways and in different assets. The yield of investment is affected not only by the choice of the asset itself, but also by the costs in connection with this kind of assets, one of them could be an income tax.
The contribution deals the relationship between an economic issue of choosing suitable assets and the taxation of income from them, as a legal issue, especially from the perspective of an individual investor.
