Abstract
The article reproduces a paper presented on a colloquium of the Templeton Project "Faith and Beliefs of 'Unbelievers'" (Prague, 15th of June, 2020). It raises provocative questions reflecting how churches reacted to the lockdown during the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic.
It was published simultaneously in the review Křesťanská revue 3/2020 with the title The Church after the Pandemic.
