Abstract
Changes of the teaching profession in its character and social status presented under the impact of neoliiberal governance. Erosion of Trust in teacher professionalism , introducing new tensions in teachers initial training and during in-service period as well.
Themed issue is introduced wiht some analytical concepts such as control vs autonomy.
