The paper is focused on problems which follow from a disproportion between the social status of physical education in school and enactments amended in educational law. Real praxis therefore depreciates the social status of physical education and some processes connected with physical education in schools can be improper from the moral point of view.
Together with above mentioned facts the paper tries to light up the legal bacground of marking in physical education and through this it also wants to help to teachers in their orientation in these issues.
