Abstract
The map shows the interconnectedness of the metropolitan hinterland through an indicator of the average time that the inhabitants of the municipalities spend in Prague during the working day. Using the mobile operator's location data, the indicator represents the average value for working days between 11 May and 13 June 2019, ie standard non-holiday days.
The additional cartographic element shows the differences compared to the weekend days from the same period. The data and variables in the cartogram are based on the solution of the project of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic defining metropolitan areas and agglomerations in the Czech Republic.
